Morocco’s Coronavirus Cases Surge Past 100, Death Toll Rises to 4

Morocco recorded 18 new positive cases on Sunday, bringing the day’s total to 115 infected patients.
Morocco has exceeded the 100 infected people mark, three weeks after the first case of the virus was recorded. To date, four deaths have been recorded against three cases of recovery.
Regarding the 4th death case, the minister explained that it is a Moroccan citizen from Khouribga. As for the six new cases, they were recorded in the cities of Meknes (3), Casablanca (2) and Rabat (1).
The Rabat region is now the epicenter of the coronavirus in the kingdom with 29 detected cases. It is followed by Casa-Settat (26 cases) and Fès-Meknès with 24 cases.
