Morocco Coach Regragui Eyes Idrissi for World Cup Qualifier Return

The coach of the Moroccan national team, Walid Regragui, would have contacted Oussama Idrissi to congratulate him on his performances with the Mexican club Pachuca. Would this be a sign of the return of the Atlas Lion to the national team?
According to Hesport, the coach of the Atlas Lions would have told Oussama Idrissi that he is closely following his evolution and plans to call him up for Morocco’s next matches scheduled in June, as part of the qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup.
The Moroccan technician would have encouraged Oussama Idrissi to continue on this momentum and develop his level of play in the Mexican championship in order to hope for a return to the national team.
Regragui would also have suggested to the Moroccan international, shining at Pachuca, to change clubs and return to a more competitive European championship to capitalize on his experiences.
The contract of the Atlas Lion with Pachuca runs until 2025. This season, the 28-year-old winger has scored 6 goals and provided 14 assists in all competitions.
