Morocco Braces for Intense Heat Wave as Temperatures Set to Soar Above 40°C

A taste of summer. A heat wave is expected from tomorrow, Tuesday, until Friday in several Moroccan regions, the General Directorate of Meteorology (DGM) has just warned.
Thus, temperatures ranging between 38 and 42 degrees are expected in several provinces, specifies the DGM in an "orange" level vigilance alert bulletin.
These temperatures will affect the provinces of Chichaoua, Marrakech, Rehamna, Khémisset, Youssoufia, Béni Mellal, Fquih Ben Saleh. This will also be the case in Aousserd, Oued Ed-Dahab, Assa-Zag, Es-Semara, Tata, Taroudant, Sidi Kacem, Sidi Slimane, Settat and El Kalaâ des Sraghna, it is further indicated.
