Morocco Arrests 13 Suspected Terrorists, Seizes Weapons and ISIS-Related Materials

The Ministry of the Interior announced this morning the arrest of 13 individuals, including two former detainees, accused of being part of a terrorist cell.
The members of this cell were arrested by agents of the Central Bureau of Judicial Investigation (BCIJ) in Mohammedia, Casablanca, Salé and El Kelaâ des Sraghna.
During the searches, the police seized electronic devices, bladed weapons, balaclavas, books advocating extremist ideology, a manuscript of allegiance to the so-called "Daesh" caliph and a handwritten letter in the form of a testament inciting murder, the ministry said.
The 13 people have all been taken into custody as part of the investigation.
