A soldier has just been sentenced to 5 years in prison by the Fès court for sexual harassment and attempted kidnapping.
The facts date back to last November and the General Directorate of National Security (DGSN) had communicated on this case, indicating that a man had filed a complaint against three individuals whom he accuses of sexual harassment against his wife following "an incident that turned into a confrontation with the suspects who then handcuffed the lady and forcibly removed her from a private car, before abandoning her".
The three individuals had then been arrested by the police. They were a soldier, a policeman and another man, who had been placed in custody.
