Moroccan Singer Offers Hope to Struggling Actress Aicha Mahmah After Viral Video

"Thank you for urgently communicating the phone number of actress Aicha Mahmah," wrote El Idrissi, stressing that a person is seeking to help her, after watching the video.

Without giving more details on the nature of the contribution or the identity of the benefactor, the singer, who had failed to reach Mahmah on her cell phone, indicated that she is simply trying to be of service by putting the two parties in contact.

The video, released on Monday by the popular actress, had moved Moroccans. The case had been raised the next day in the House of Representatives. In a letter addressed to the Minister of Culture, the PAM deputy, Ibtissam El Azzaoui, had invited him to propose an urgent solution.
