Moroccan Singer Dounia Batma Faces Legal Troubles in ’Hamza mon BB’ Social Media Case

Dounia Batma assures that she will never go to prison as part of the "Hamza mon BB" case. Prosecuted by the public prosecutor’s office, the Moroccan singer who was turned away at the airport as she was about to flee the country, appears rather optimistic about the outcome of this case.
Dounia Batma risks a lot if her guilt is established at the end of the investigation conducted to bring charges against her. The Moroccan singer is being prosecuted for defamation, interference with the functioning of an automated data processing system, and invasion of the privacy of individuals.
She is also accused of having resorted to blackmail and threats. This is in the context of the case of the anonymous account created on social networks such as Snapchat, Instagram and Facebook, under the name "Hamza mon bb", reports lesesco.ma.
Some of the celebrities whose names have been dragged into the public arena, amid rumors and gossip, have filed complaints for blackmail and defamation, and are awaiting justice to be served, reveals the same source.
