Moroccan Singer Dounia Batma’s Bail Increased in ’Hamza mon bb’ Blackmail Case

It’s getting complicated for the Batma sisters who have to pay more to maintain their provisional release. The criminal chamber of the Marrakech Court of Appeal has decided to increase the bail of singer Dounia to 500,000 dirhams, and that of her sister to 300,000 dirhams, with a formal ban on leaving the territory until the end of the investigation into the "Hamza mon bb" case.
The King’s Prosecutor at the Court of First Instance in Marrakech seems to have been right in deciding to appeal the investigating judge’s decision to prosecute the Batma sisters in a state of freedom against bail. Ibtissam and Dounia Batma narrowly avoided continued detention.
The two sisters are suspected of having participated in the criminal network of "Hamza mon bb", an account opened on social networks and which is responsible for blackmailing, defaming, reporting rumors and extorting certain celebrities. Since the beginning of this case, Dounia Batma has never stopped multiplying her antics. Arrested a few days ago at Mohammed V airport, as she was trying to flee the country, she has distinguished herself through statements that sound like a minimization of the situation. "I will never go to prison," she said in a video.
