Moroccan Real Estate Expo SMAP Returns to Paris After Pandemic Hiatus

After two years of absence due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the Moroccan real estate show, SMAP 2022, opened on Friday in Paris. About forty companies will be present.
This 17th edition of the show is organized under the sign of reunions and recovery, the organizers said, specifying that nearly 35,000 visitors are expected until Sunday, to exchange around the potential of real estate investment in Morocco.
The event offers a complete ecosystem and journey, bringing together real estate developers, banks and legal advisory specialists, the aim being to better raise awareness among visitors and reassure potential clients.
This year, it is about forty exhibitors who will attend the show, coming from about sixty Moroccan cities, through several hundred projects ranging from social housing, to medium and high-end, including seaside, subdivided lots and commercial premises, the organizers said.
