Gims’ "Stars in The Place" Concert Returns to Marrakech After Two-Year Hiatus

On December 29, the musical event "Stars in The Place", initiated by Gims, will make its return to Marrakech with a new edition that promises to be grandiose.
The event will take place under the theme of Peace and Brotherhood, the organizers announced, specifying that Jemaa el-Fna square will once again vibrate to the sounds of world music, this after two years of suspension due to Covid-19.
"By carrying this event, we want to express to His Majesty King Mohammed VI and to all Moroccans our love for Morocco and our firm determination to contribute to the great economic and cultural momentum that our dear country is experiencing under the enlightened leadership of His Majesty the King," said singer Gims and his artistic director Youssef Aarab, founders of "Stars in The Place" in a statement.
For this edition, concept, design, staging, artistic direction, programming... will be reviewed and major resources will be deployed to offer thousands of spectators an unforgettable moment of entertainment, the organization stressed. It expects records, particularly in terms of attendance.
