Agadir Real Estate Expo Draws 20,000 Visitors, Showcases Industry Innovations

From July 25 to 30, 2019, real estate professionals, financiers and consulting experts will be on display at the Agadir Almogar N’laagar Real Estate Show. At this meeting of discoveries and opportunities, more than 20,000 visitors are expected.
The Agadir Almogar N’laagar Real Estate Show is of increasing interest to real estate enthusiasts. Over time, it has improved like fine wine and has now become a major international meeting of real estate players. For this sixth edition, more than 20,000 visitors plan to make the trip.
For professionals in the sector, it is a windfall because, according to them, it is an opportunity for the signing of partnership contracts and the discovery of innovations in the sector. In total, 28 exhibitors are expected, including local and national real estate developers, banking and insurance organizations, construction companies, engineering firms, architects and interior design companies.
Several objectives are targeted by this new edition. The organizers are fighting to have "quality products, for the happiness of exhibitors, holders of real estate and construction projects, as well as for Moroccan and foreign buyers".
This year, the Show also intends to boost the sector, subject to many changes. Better, it is expected on this exhibition, "office spaces, shops or coworking spaces". Visitors will also be able to appreciate "land lots, economic, high and medium-end housing, construction products and materials, interior decoration and design". Conferences, led by professionals in the sector, are also planned. It is worth remembering that for the 2019 edition of this Show, the organizers intend to work "for the reduction of the housing deficit and the diversification of the offer".
