Moroccan real estate conquering Europe and the world. This 16th edition of the Real Estate Show "SMAP Immo" which will bring together people from all over the world will also be an opportunity for Moroccans residing in France to become aware of the evolution of the sector and the progress made by their country.
Thus, on 10,000 m2 of exhibition space, about a hundred exhibitors from all regions of Morocco will have the mission to present, over three days to visitors, the "most complete and diverse real estate offer on the Moroccan market". Moroccans living abroad, French and Europeans will be able to get information on the real estate projects that will be offered as well as the news on the Moroccan real estate market.
According to Hespress, which cites the organizers of "SMAP Immo" Paris, the choice of the Rabat-Salé-Kénitra region as "guest of honor" is explained by the fact that "this region is regularly solicited by both Moroccan and foreign visitors to the show".
Indeed, according to the media, a "visitor survey" carried out by SMAP Group will have revealed that this region comes in second just after the Greater Casablanca region. As a result, "a pavilion will be dedicated to it and installed at the heart of the exhibition space", it specifies. This, in order to offer visitors of what can be considered a barometer of foreign real estate investments in Morocco, "a diverse offer and a range of real estate projects ranging from social housing to high-end housing".
