Moroccan Real Estate Expo Returns to Paris After Two-Year Hiatus

The real estate show "SMAP Immo Paris" is back after a two-year interruption due to the Covid-19 pandemic. From June 24 to 26, the French capital will host the 17th edition under the sign of reunions and recovery.

This edition will be held at the Parc International des Expositions Porte de Versailles, during which various real estate offers will be presented in several regions of the Kingdom, indicates a press release from the organizers, who specify that they expect nearly 35,000 visitors this year to discuss the potential of real estate investment in Morocco.

"As soon as the borders reopened in February, we immediately contacted our partners to mobilize them for the 2022 season. This year, we will be committed to organizing this great meeting between developers and visitors to the show in the best conditions and to establishing lasting relationships," they stressed.

According to them, the return of the exhibition coincides with the growing demand for quality from the public. The Paris show will inaugurate this year the Pavilion of Excellence, a space dedicated to luxury real estate that will be devoted to exceptional projects. It will also highlight the multiple opportunities in the sector in terms of real estate projects and the significant socio-economic development that this event has experienced in recent years.

The program of this edition includes conference cycles in partnership with the FNPI, Moroccan notaries and experts in order to raise awareness among buyers and secure their purchases to allow them to make their decision "with full knowledge of the facts" and workshops on real estate credit with several players in the banking sector, explains the same source.
