Moroccan Police Seize 365 kg of Cannabis in Major Drug Bust in Agadir

A 31-year-old individual was arrested in the early hours of Saturday in Agadir, for his alleged involvement in a case of possession and trafficking of cannabis resin.
The operation, set up by elements of the prefectural judicial police service of the city of Agadir, in collaboration with the services of the General Directorate of Territorial Surveillance (DGST), led to the arrest of the suspect, according to a statement from the General Directorate of National Security (DGSN).
The defendant, on board a goods truck from the northern provinces of the kingdom, was in possession of false license plates and 365 kilograms.
For the needs of the investigation, the accused was placed in custody.
