Moroccan Police Arrest Suspect in Sexual Abuse Case of Pregnant 12-Year-Old

The case came to light when the mother of the family, faced with the complaints of her 12-year-old daughter, took her to the provincial hospital for further examination. The doctors eventually informed her that her daughter was four months pregnant. Unfortunately, two days after the clinical examinations, she ingests abortive plants and thus causes a miscarriage.

While the relatives and family of the young girl suspected a love affair between the girl and her cousin, the first elements of the investigation conducted by the police implicate a neighbor of the neighborhood, who is moreover a notorious trafficker.

The association "Don’t touch my child" took up the case to denounce this pedophile act and stand by the girl’s family to defend her.
