Moroccan Olympic Team Stages Comeback in 3-1 Victory Over Dominican Republic

The Moroccan Olympic team was able to turn a match that had started badly into a very nice 3-1 victory against their Dominican Republic counterparts. This second friendly match, a crucial stage of their preparation for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, took place on the pitch of the Père Jégo stadium in Casablanca.
The first half was marked by the opening goal of the Dominican team, a goal signed Fabian Messina in the 35th minute, temporarily putting the Moroccans in a delicate position, even though they had largely dominated since the start of the match.
The second half saw a turnaround. The Moroccans evened the score thanks to an equalizing goal from Yannis Bekraoui, who found the back of the net in the 60th minute. Inspired by this comeback, the Moroccans maintained the pressure: Mohamed Jawab, with a decisive shot, doubled the lead in the 70th minute, thus reversing the course of the game.
The highlight of the show was the work of Amine El Ouazzani, who completed the Moroccan victory with a third goal.
