The victim would have been "held against her will" and would have been forced to have sexual relations in the open air. "I will do with you what I want, and then I will abandon you here," the Moroccan threatened, according to the prosecution. After these threats, the defendant grabbed her by the neck and pushed her into the back seats of the vehicle, before forcing her to undress. Then, "he raped her...", it is explained in the indictment.
The woman managed to escape and reach Lliberté Avenue in Mollet del Vallès where she was rescued by passers-by. She had several injuries to her face, neck, legs and back. The prosecution had requested 20 years and 4 months in prison for the Moroccan, while his defense pleaded for acquittal.
