Moroccan Man Critically Injured in Violent Attack in Spanish Town of Ribeira

A 27-year-old Moroccan is currently between life and death after being the victim of a violent knife and gun attack by two young Dominicans, in the center of Ribeira (Galicia).
The events took place on Sunday around 3 a.m. on Diego Delicado street in Ribeira. A passer-by who found the Moroccan dying on the ground alerted the local and national police, who quickly dispatched several patrols as well as health service agents and an ambulance. The victim, who had several gunshot and knife wounds, was rushed to the do Barbanza hospital, before being taken to the Clinic of Santiago de Compostela.
Crime scene investigators from the Ribeira police station cordoned off the area and inspected the crime scene on Diego Delicado Street, looking for any evidence. An investigation has been opened and is being led by the judicial police. After searches throughout Sunday morning, the two alleged aggressors, of Dominican origin, were finally arrested in Tui (Galicia), according to police sources.
