Homeless Moroccan Man Fatally Stabbed in Seville Parking Lot Dispute

Mohamed, a Moroccan homeless man who lived in an abandoned car on Avenida San Lázaro in Seville, died on Wednesday after being stabbed twice in the chest during a brawl. The national police have opened an investigation to solve this murder.
The victim, barely 30 years old, helped vehicles park in a parking lot on Avenida San Lázaro. Homeless, he lived in an old abandoned Citroën Xsara that he had arranged in his own way. According to the version of his relatives, the Moroccan would have gone to ask a group of Latin origin for a cigarette on the night of Tuesday to Wednesday. The group refused, which led to an argument and the knife attack on Mohamed, reports Diario de Sevilla.
Alerted, the police sent several patrols to the scene. On their arrival, the agents urgently requested an ambulance to transport the Moroccan to a hospital due to the seriousness of his injuries. But the young man died before the arrival of the health services. The judicial police ordered the removal of the body, which was transferred to the Institute of Forensic Medicine for the purposes of the autopsy, which will determine the real cause of death.
Mohamed was known to the police. He even had an expulsion order against him. According to young Latinos and Moroccans who park their vehicles in the parking lot where Mohamed worked, the latter was not a violent person. They assure that "nothing happened" and that no brawl was triggered. However, several neighbors have deplored the assaults and violence recorded in recent times in the neighborhood due to the increase in drug use.
A few hours earlier, in the Rocío neighborhood, on the opposite side of Avenida San Lázaro, another Moroccan citizen was the victim of a violent knife attack by a Spanish neighbor who was arrested by a patrol of the national police. The victim was taken to the Virgen Macarena hospital in critical condition. Last Friday, another Moroccan, also involved in a fight on Avenida Sánchez Pizjuán, was injured in the face with a knife.
