Moroccan Man Arrested in Spain for Allegedly Stabbing Brother in Domestic Dispute

The Civil Guard arrested in Tauste (Saragossa) a 24-year-old man of Moroccan origin, accused of having stabbed and abandoned his brother at the family home after a violent argument.
Alerted in the early morning of Wednesday, April 26 to a dispute between two brothers at their home in Tauste in the municipality of Saragossa, the Civil Guard quickly dispatched agents to the scene. The victim, found lying on the floor, was taken care of by the health service agents before being transferred to a hospital in the city. He had a gaping wound to the chest, according to sources from the armed institute to Hoy Aragon.
A search operation was set up to locate the victim’s brother, the presumed perpetrator who fled by car after the assault. Informed of the suspect’s return, Civil Guard agents from Tauste and a local police patrol went to the two brothers’ home the next day. Once on the scene, the sister of the alleged perpetrator confirmed the presence of the latter, who was finally arrested.
The agents also found the knife with which he had attacked his brother. The suspect was presented to the competent judge on Friday, who ordered his detention.
