Moroccan Man Arrested at Spanish Airport with 800 Grams of Hashish in Stomach

The Spanish police arrested, at Almeria airport, a Moroccan who was carrying 70 hashish balls weighing 800 grams in his stomach.
The 54-year-old Moroccan was planning to go to Murcia with this amount of drugs inside his body. Alerted, the agents set up a discreet device to apprehend the suspect. He was arrested as he was boarding a plane bound for Almeria from Melilla airport, reports La Voz del Sur.

After his arrest, he was taken to the hospital where an abdominal X-ray confirmed the presence of 70 hashish balls in his stomach. Once the drugs were extracted (800 grams of hashish), the Moroccan was made available to the Almeria investigating court, which ordered his detention as the alleged perpetrator of a drug trafficking crime.
