Spanish Police Seize 11 Kilos of Hashish Hidden in Table Legs from Moroccan Driver

The Spanish Civil Guard has arrested a Moroccan in possession of 11.2 kilos of hashish that he was hiding in the legs of a wooden table.
The nervousness of the Moroccan who was driving his van aroused the suspicions of the civil guards who were carrying out their routine checks on vehicles coming from Tanger-Med, reports Diario Area.
After inspecting the vehicle, the agents discovered that the Moroccan was transporting 22 balls of hashish resin hidden in the legs of a table, weighing 11.2 kilograms and with a market value of more than 21,974 euros.
The drugs seized and the detainee, prosecuted for an alleged offense against public health and for drug trafficking, have been made available to the investigating court in Algeciras.
