Moroccan High School Principal Suspended Amid Sexual Harassment Allegations

The director of a public high school in Salé was subject to preventive disciplinary measures by the Director of the Regional Academy of Education and Training, for his alleged involvement in a case of sexual harassment of a teacher in his establishment.
Following the deployment of an Inspection Commission to the high school, it was decided to temporarily suspend the director from his duties while maintaining his remuneration, pending his appearance before the specialized disciplinary section.
Before this body, the director will have to answer the accusations of sexual harassment and irresponsible behavior contrary to professional commitments brought against him by the Inspection Commission.
Initially, a complaint had been addressed to the Director of the Regional Academy by a teacher at the high school, accusing her supervisor of sexual harassment and sending an audio recording and WhatsApp messages with sexual connotations.
