Senior Moroccan Finance Official Faces Sexual Harassment and Adultery Allegations

A senior official within the Ministry of Finance, prosecuted at liberty, had his passport withdrawn, for his alleged involvement in a case of sexual harassment and adultery.
The case broke out when a state engineer had installed a digital camera in his wife’s car, an employee in the department of the senior official, whom he suspected of adultery.
By viewing the videos, the engineer was shocked by the many flirtatious exchanges between his wife and her hierarchical superior, and then resolved to file a complaint, following the discovery of obscene messages and videos on his phone.
The senior official, prohibited from leaving the national territory, was prosecuted for sexual harassment and adultery, while the wife will have to answer to the charge of adultery, although she had tried to cover up her act by involving her lover.
