Fez Prison Director Fired Over Inmate Video Scandal, Officials Say

The Director of the Ras El Ma prison in Fez has been dismissed from his duties, following the investigation into the video attributed to Nasser Zefzafi. He loses his position as well as three other of his collaborators involved in the same case, according to a statement from the General Delegation for Prison Administration and Reintegration (DGAPR).
The management of the prison administration of Ras El Ma in Fez is changing hands. According to the same statement, its now former Director has been dismissed, along with three other prison officials, by the General Delegation for Prison Administration and Reintegration (DGAPR), following the results of the investigation around the recording attributed to the inmate.
The Director and his three colleagues will soon be brought before the Disciplinary Council, in order to examine the offenses they are accused of, adds the DGAPR.
