Moroccan Father Faces 15-Year Sentence for Daughter’s Sexual Abuse in Spain

According to the local press, the incestuous practices had begun when his daughter was only 11 years old, before being accidentally discovered by the mother two years later.

The individual forced the child to undergo his perverse practices by threatening to kill her mother and siblings if she ever tried to tell them about his sexual abuse.

While the trial is scheduled for October 2019, the Attorney General has requested a 15-year prison sentence, knowing that the individual took advantage of his status as a father to cause psychological distress to the child.
