Moroccan Teen Found in Morocco After Disappearance from Spanish Enclave Ceuta

Missing since Wednesday, September 25, Houda Kattal, the young Moroccan girl living in [Ceuta] with her parents, was finally found at dawn in Morocco. According to initial information, she did not inform her relatives that she was going to the neighboring country.
Najat, Houda’s mother, spent several hours in total anguish. After noticing the disappearance of the 17-year-old girl, the family, of Moroccan nationality residing in Ceuta, had to go and report the situation to the police.
In her complaint, she notified that she was at home with her sister Saida when the latter asked to leave. That’s when her daughter Houda said she wanted to accompany her aunt.
However, when Najat later called her sister to check on Houda, she (Saida) said they had not left the house together.
That’s when the mother immediately called her daughter on her cell phone, several times, without any response. Finally, the phone was turned off. Even the family in Morocco assured that they had not received a visit from the young girl.
Unable to obtain any information about her daughter since the afternoon, Najat decided to go to the national police.
Houda was finally found in Morocco and she has since reunited with her parents.
