Moroccan Expat Pleads for Justice in Land Dispute with Ailing Neighbor

A complaint has been filed by a Moroccan living abroad (MRE) with the Office of the Attorney General and the Ministries of Justice, Human Rights and Moroccans Residing Abroad, against her neighbor who has taken over her plot of land in the province of Benslimane.
Nour el Houda Amrani filed a complaint with the Prosecutor of the King at the Court of First Instance, for violation of private property and the installation of a fence and a metal door.
According to the Febrayer website, the claims addressed to the local authorities have so far been unsuccessful, as the neighbor has only received simple oral injunctions from the local authorities.
The Moroccan living abroad says she is morally exhausted, especially since her neighbor, according to her, is illegally exploiting her property when she is absent.
