Moroccan Expat Caught Smuggling 10kg of Hashish in Child Car Seat at Ceuta Border

The Joint Customs and National Security Control Brigade at the Bab Sebta crossing point thwarted, this weekend, an attempt to traffic 10 kilograms of chira, according to a statement from the General Directorate of National Security (DGSN).
The ingenuity of the traffickers did not prevent the customs officers from discovering the hiding place of the drugs. It was carefully packaged in a bag and hidden in a child car seat, reports the MAP.
The defendant, an MRE residing in Spain, was handed over to the Judicial Police of Tetouan for further investigation under the supervision of the competent prosecutor’s office.
