Moroccan Customs Seize 11,700 Psychotropic Pills Hidden in Milk Cartons at Ceuta Border

At the Bab Sebta crossing point, elements of the Joint Control Brigade seized 11,700 psychotropic tablets hidden in milk cartons. This large batch of drugs belonged to two women coming from Spain.
Caught in the trap! The two women owners of this large quantity of drugs lived in Ceuta. They were trying to deceive the vigilance of the elements of the Joint Control Brigade. Their suspicious package was packed in sealed milk cartons, hidden under the clothes of one of them.
The meticulous search of the vehicle made it possible to seize this particular package, the value of which is estimated at 120,000 dirhams.
Arrested, the two traffickers were handed over to the Prefectural Brigade of the Judicial Police, for further investigation, under the supervision of the competent public prosecutor’s office.
