Moroccan Conscript, 22, Dies at Military Camp in Meknes

A death was recorded among the conscripts, on Friday, August 30, 2019, at the military camp in Meknes. It is a 22-year-old man from the city of Safi.
According to Akhbarona, the young man, who had just joined the military camp in Meknes, is one of the 15,000 conscripts who have just been transferred to 17 units across the Kingdom.
The site adds that, during his lifetime, the young man suffered from diabetes and that his death was likely caused by complications from the disease.
The transfer of the body to his hometown was to be carried out on the same Friday, in order to be able to proceed with the burial operation.
