Moroccan Celebrity Trial in "Hamza mon Bb" Scandal Delayed Until July

Although she was supposed to appear this Thursday for a confrontation with Soltana, her accuser, Dounia Batma will have to wait longer. The trial has been postponed to July 9.
The Court of First Instance of Marrakech has postponed the examination of the "Hamza mon Bb" case until the end of the lockdown, i.e. July 9.
This postponement was requested by the defense of the two sisters. In its request, it demanded the presence of all the parties involved in this case for a direct confrontation. This wish will only be possible after the lifting of the lockdown.
To recall, the defendants are being prosecuted in this case, each in their own right, for "participation in fraudulent access to the computer data system", "deliberate participation in obstructing the functioning of this system".
They are also accused of "dissemination of images and statements of others without consent", "dissemination of unfounded facts with the aim of harming the privacy of individuals and defamation", as well as for "participation and blackmail".
