Moroccan Singer Dounia Batma’s ’Hamza Mon BB’ Trial Postponed Again

Another new postponement in the trial of the singer Dounia Batma. This is what the court of first instance of Marrakech decided on Thursday.
Dounia Batma is involved in the "Hamza mon bb" case, and the hearing has once again just been postponed. It will be held on July 21 with the effective presence of the singer, who, unlike her sister Ibitissam detained in the local prison of L’Oudaya, has been awaiting her trial freely for two months.
The charges against the singer are very heavy. She is being prosecuted for "participation and fraudulent access to the computer data system and deliberate participation in obstructing the functioning of this system".
Pending being convicted or completely cleared by justice, her passport has been withdrawn, with a formal order not to leave the territory.
