Moroccan Call Center Giant Intelcia Expands to US Market

The Moroccan group Intelcia will be established in the United States in the very near future.
Providing Nearshore service for the American market, or even beyond in Latin America. This is the whole challenge of this establishment which will be effective in the very near future. According to L’Économiste, the Moroccan company will soon announce other new sites and development projects.
Since its creation in 2000, Intelcia has been developing a policy of expanding its group. In Morocco, the company is present in Casa Nearshore, Rabat, Meknès and El Jadida, where it generates a turnover of 200 million euros, half (100 million euros) only on the Moroccan market. In total, 8,000 employees, including 4,000 in Casablanca, work for it in the kingdom.
At the sub-regional and international level, it is present in 8 countries including France (Dreux site), Portugal, Senegal, Madagascar through 26 sites, with a total of 14,000 employees.
