Moroccan-Belgian Arrested in Ceuta with 36 kg of Cocaine in Vehicle

A Moroccan living abroad was arrested for attempting to introduce 36 kg of cocaine into Ceuta.
The operation, carried out by elements of the Civil Guard in charge of vehicle control at the level of the enclave, made it possible to arrest the suspect who was transporting a large quantity of drugs well hidden in his vehicle with a Belgian registration plate.
Native of Tangier, the 38-year-old defendant also holds a residence and work permit in Belgium.
For the purposes of the investigation, the defendant was placed in custody.
