Moroccan Basketball Team Boycotts Arab Championship Over Polisario Leader’s Tunisia Visit

The COD of Meknes has decided not to participate in the Arab women’s basketball championship that will take place in Tunisia from September 20 to 28, as a form of protest against the reception of Brahim Ghali by Tunisian President Kaïs Saïed in the context of the TICAD.
It is through a brief statement published on social media that the CODM announced the cancellation of its participation in the Arab women’s club basketball championship scheduled to take place in Nabeul, Tunisia from September 20 to 28.
