Massive Drug Bust in Morocco: 3.5 Tons Seized Near Nador, Two Arrested

3.5 tons of drugs were seized on Wednesday, November 20, in the rural commune of Tazarine near Nador.
The operation conducted by the Central Bureau of Judicial Investigation (BCIJ) with the collaboration of the units of the General Directorate of Territorial Surveillance (DGST) made it possible to arrest two individuals suspected of being involved in this trafficking, according to the General Directorate of National Security (DGSN).
The suspects, aged 37 and 40, were taken into custody and made available to the investigation conducted under the supervision of the competent prosecutor’s office, the same source said.
