Mass Food Poisoning Hospitalizes 26 Students at Moroccan Boarding School

26 students were admitted overnight from Friday to the emergency department of the provincial hospital in Khénifra after suffering from food poisoning.
The victims showed signs of poisoning after dinner at the Abdallah Ben Yassine boarding school in the Sebt Aït Rahou center, informs the provincial delegation of health and social protection of Khénifra. Transferred to the provincial hospital, the 26 students were quickly taken care of.
The health services took samples and conducted medical analyzes to determine the cause of the poisoning and administer the appropriate treatment. The 26 students remained under medical supervision until their full recovery. According to the latest news, their health condition is stable.
The local authorities, in coordination with the intersectoral provincial committee, dispatched an investigation commission to the boarding school concerned to determine the causes of this mass poisoning and take the necessary measures.
