Marrakech to Welcome $35 Million Eco-Friendly Luxury Hotel with Organic Farm

The Earth and Sky company will launch an ecological hotel unit in Marrakech. The project will be carried out in the Sidi Abdellah Ghiat area, for an amount of 35 million dollars, or nearly 350 million dirhams.
The new ecological hotel will have 55 rooms and suites. It will house an "environmentally friendly" eco-boutique hotel "down to the smallest details of its design and future operation", an "organic and innovative" agriculture, as well as a unit for processing plants into essential oils and oilseeds, explains Michel Jean Menghetti, Swiss investor and developer, initiator of the project.

The project called "ARD Wa Samaâ" (earth and sky), is the first of its kind in Morocco and Africa. Carried by the Moroccan company Earth and Sky, it will create around 300 jobs. The work will last between 18 and 24 months, depending on the pace of mobilization of funds and the evolution of the health crisis.
