Marrakech Tops French Travelers’ Long-Haul Destinations for All Saints’ Holiday

A Moroccan city is the first long-haul destination preferred by the French for the All Saints’ holidays. This is the result of the ranking of a specialized website.
Many French people want to go to Marrakech during the All Saints’ holidays to enjoy the sunny days. According to data from the website Kayak.fr, the world leader in travel search engines, the ochre city is their first long-haul destination. The Moroccan city is followed by Bangkok, Thailand, and Tokyo, Japan. Then come New York (4th), United States, and Saint-Denis (5th), the capital of the island of Réunion. Bali, the Indonesian capital, occupies 6th place. It is followed by Rome (Italy). Lisbon (Portugal) takes 8th place, while London takes 9th place.
While the average price of a round-trip flight to Marrakech, Bangkok, Tokyo, New York, Saint-Denis is lower in the fall of 2024 than in the fall of 2023, that of a round-trip flight to Bali, Rome (+10%), Lisbon (+18%) and London (+4%) has increased considerably compared to 2023.
