Al Ahdath reports that this campaign is led by a commission where all the services involved in security and the preservation of public safety are represented, including the local authorities, the DGSN and the auxiliary forces. For a week now, it has started a tour of residences and residential complexes known to house furnished apartments for rent.

Apartment owners are required to ensure the identity of tenants and inform the authorities of any strange behavior that could harm public safety. At the very least, these measures have already produced their first results.

The individual was apprehended in a furnished apartment in Marrakech. He is suspected of being involved in an attempted homicide, using firearms, and is the subject of an international arrest warrant issued by the justice system of his country.
