The Aksal group, led by Saloua Idrissi Akhannouch, has decided to delay the opening of its new shopping center located on the Ourika road. Initiated in 2019 just a few kilometers from downtown, the construction is nonetheless nearing completion. The structural work, landscaping, and final aesthetic touches are virtually finished. This postponement therefore does not result from technical or logistical difficulties, but rather reflects a purely tactical decision to maximize the chances of a successful inauguration.

The challenge is to avoid a high vacancy rate within the building’s 130,000 square meters.
