Luxury hospitality: Virgin announces the opening of a new estate near Marrakech

The Virgin Group will expand its Moroccan portfolio with the opening, scheduled for 2027, of a luxurious hotel complex. Located near Marrakech, this vast agricultural estate will focus on a high-end cultural and natural immersion.

Only twenty-five minutes from the tumult of the medina, this new establishment will be located on a ten-hectare property. Currently under construction, the complex will offer thirty-seven suites. This project aims to be a new interpretation of luxury, deeply rooted in local craftsmanship and environment.

Designed as a true oasis, the site will be surrounded by citrus groves, olive groves, and vegetable gardens. The facilities will include three restaurants, a chef’s table, a "speakeasy"-inspired bar, a hammam, and a 40-meter-long pool. Guests will also be able to enjoy various sports activities, from padel to horseback riding.

The hotel experience will be accompanied by an immersive cultural program aimed at highlighting regional artists. Reservations for this new vacation spot will be open during the course of this year.

This future inauguration will be the group’s second Moroccan address. It will complement the offer of the Kasbah Tamadot, a retreat nestled in the Atlas Mountains and recently awarded three Michelin Keys, offering visitors the opportunity to combine urban excitement with the serenity of high altitude.
