Marrakech to Host Inaugural EPIC Yoga Festival on International Yoga Day

This will mainly take place at Om Yoga (one of the organizers), which is located at the Mövenpick Hotel in Marrakech and will be open to all, Om (pardon! men), women and children, by reservation, from 10am to 5pm. In a press release about this festival, it is said: "The exceptional event brings together, through five unprecedented transcendental gatherings, everything that stimulates our emotions and our imagination."

The choice of date is no coincidence, as June 21 is International Yoga Day. And there will be music to accompany the yoga. More specifically, there will be five giant Yoga Fusion Master classes led by internationally renowned teachers, and accompanied by "local traditional musicians, modern DJs, committed artists and performances for the development of Africa through yoga and the arts..."

The Huffpost writes: "Meetings that could bring up to 500 people and will be organized outdoors and in the Royal Hall of the Palais des Congrès in Marrakech."

This festival, organized by Om Yoga Maroc and the Bookingyoga.com website, has two guests of honor invited for this first edition, namely: Project Soar Morocco and Africa Yoga Project. As the press release states: "two associations working for education in Africa, while launching pilot projects that benefit thousands of people within the most underprivileged African communities."
