Marrakech Airport Launches ’Marhaba 2022’ Welcome Program for Returning Moroccan Expats

The Marhaba 2022 operation was officially launched on Sunday at Marrakech airport. A special system for welcoming Moroccans Residing Abroad has been established there.
Hundreds of travelers took advantage of the first hours after the launch to set foot on national territory. Upon their arrival, they were able to benefit from a comprehensive reception system set up at the various airport services, thanks to the mobilization of different stakeholders, including the Mohammed V Foundation for Solidarity, which, for the occasion, has set up two reception areas to provide them with quality social and medical assistance services, reports the MAP.
Speaking on the occasion, Zakaria Harti, Head of the Operations Division (ONDA) at Marrakech-Menara International Airport, said that the arrival of international flights with members of the Moroccan community on board is proceeding smoothly and under good conditions, highlighting the mobilization and commitment of all stakeholders at this airport platform to ensure the success of the Marhaba 2022 operation.
For their part, several travelers expressed their joy at returning to Morocco, praising, in passing, the multiple measures and systems put in place at all airport services to ensure their reception in the best possible conditions.
