Agadir Airport Gears Up for 500,000 Passengers in Summer Return Operation

Like all Moroccan airport platforms, Agadir-Al Massira Airport has recorded a good start to the Marhaba 2022 operation. A special system has been put in place to ensure a good return of Moroccans living abroad (MREs), whose influx is expected to be significant.
Thus, Agadir Airport welcomed 16 direct flights on Sunday, coming mainly from the United Kingdom, France, Belgium, Germany, Poland, Austria and Italy, reports the MAP.
Speaking on the occasion, Amina Aklif, head of the operations department at Agadir-Al Massira Airport, indicated that during the "Marhaba 2022" operation scheduled from June 5 to September 15, this airport platform will welcome more than 3,800 flights and more than 500,000 passengers.
She added that in partnership with all the stakeholders concerned, all the necessary human and logistical resources have been mobilized to ensure the best reception conditions for MREs.
