Peak Return Expected for Morocco’s Marhaba 2022 Operation August 25-30

The Marhaba 2022 operation is continuing "under good conditions," according to the Tanger Med port authority. According to its forecasts, the return period will reach its peak from August 25 to 30.
Halfway through Marhaba 2022, the port authorities are already pleased with the progress of this edition. From its start until August, 760,000 passengers have returned to Morocco through the Tanger Med port, an increase of 10% compared to 2019.
According to the director of the Tanger Med Passengers port, Kamal Lakhmas, the Marhaba 2022 operation is taking place "under good conditions thanks to the combined efforts of all the stakeholders."
Regarding the return phase, the official has invited travelers to consult the available traffic forecasts on the website and mobile application, and to avoid periods of high traffic, particularly the period from August 25 to 30, in order to travel in the best conditions of comfort and serenity.
Passengers are also called upon to obtain, before going to the port, a return ticket issued by their shipping company which specifies a firm date and time of travel. Many communication tools are available to passengers to keep them permanently informed of the news of the Tanger Med Passengers port.
