Manhunt Underway in Palma for Suspect Who Rammed Police Car at Checkpoint

A Moroccan at the wheel of a Mazda Xedos V6 with fake license plates forced his way through a police checkpoint in the Can Valero neighborhood of Palma, then later hit a police car with two officers on board before fleeing. The police are actively searching for him.
The Palma police have called on the national police to help find the Moroccan who would be linked to drug trafficking. His vehicle was located in the area of the Palma conservatory and a national police car tried to intercept him by obstructing his path on the street Teresa María Ponce de León, reports Ultima Hora.
In a video recorded by some witnesses to the scene, we can see how the Moroccan hit the police vehicle and another parked on the square, before fleeing. The agents drew their service weapons, but ultimately decided not to shoot at the Moroccan who is still being sought.
