Manhunt Underway for Agadir Hotel Burglar After Theft and Car Crash

The judicial police services and the gendarmes are actively searching for the burglar of an aparthotel in Agadir who caused an accident on the road to Tiznit in a stolen vehicle.
On August 8th, one or more burglars broke into the Founty aparthotel in Agadir while the occupants were sleeping to seize sums of money, electronic devices and the keys of a 4X4 before fleeing, reports Assabah. Alerted in the early hours of the morning, the judicial police services of the wilaya of Agadir went to the scene and opened an investigation.
According to witnesses, the alleged burglar was spotted near a nightclub, a few minutes after committing his crime. He would have spent some time there before heading to an unknown destination. He would then have collided with a taxi, causing three deaths. He flees and leaves the stolen car at the scene of the accident. According to sources close to the investigation, the burglar of the aparthotel caused an accident on Thursday last on the road to Tiznit in the stolen vehicle.
The gendarmes were alerted for the accident. Arriving at the scene, they combed the area around the nightclub and collected clues and fingerprints in the car to determine the identity of the suspect. Currently, the judicial police services and the gendarmes are actively searching for the burglar.
