Man Arrested for Kidnapping and Raping Waitress in Benslimane, Morocco

The judicial police of Benslimane arrested a man accused of having kidnapped and raped a 28-year-old waitress. The man, in his thirties, was sent before the prosecutor of the king near the local court of first instance, to answer for the acts with which he is charged.
The suspect kidnapped and raped the waitress in a house belonging to his father. Once his crime was committed, he photographed the naked victim and then sent the photos to the WhatsApp number of one of his relatives, reports the daily Al Akhbar, which points out that the accused was arrested on Saturday, October 3, following the complaint filed by the waitress in which she claims to have been held hostage for an entire day. She said she suffered verbal and physical abuse, before being raped and photographed.
The daily Al Akhbar, which was able to consult the version of the facts given by the defendant, indicates that the latter admits to being in a romantic relationship with the waitress. A relationship that has lasted for three years. He acknowledges the kidnapping which would have occurred following couple problems. For him, what he is accused of will have been just a couple problem.
According to the same source, the plaintiff was referred to the police unit in charge of women victims of violence.
